Job Description:
- Oversee and manage the client contract administration process.
- Review and process contract requests, draft contracts, obtain stakeholders’ approvals, and ensure timely issuance and execution.
- Liaise with stakeholders to ensure contracts comply with policies and procedures.
- Handle post-contract administration activities and distribute contract information to relevant parties.
- Maintain accurate records and documents for management reporting.
- Perform any additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Job Requirements:
- Prior experience in the financial industry will be an advantage
- At least 5 years of experience in contract management will be an advantage
- Minimum degree and above
