• Assist in developing the annual marketing strategy to increase awareness and grow the market.
• Implement the APAC digital strategy and lead nurturing programs using Marketo.
• Manage agencies and vendors to ensure work aligns with brand standards and approved messaging.
• Create communication materials on schedule and within budget, following department guidelines.
• Collaborate with teams in Marketing, Digital, Events, PR, and Creative to coordinate product launches and campaigns.
• Adapt global communication materials for regional markets.
• Help develop content strategies for digital channels, including web, social media, email, and paid content.
• Support content planning for events and congresses, working closely with relevant teams.
• Serve as the main point of contact between countries and Global Marketing for translation needs.
• Work with the Global Website team to create and maintain APAC microsites as needed.
• Oversee the Marketing Communications Approval Process across APAC.
• Manage print and digital marketing materials, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Lead ad and promotional material reviews for regulatory compliance.
• Perform additional duties as needed.
• Ensure compliance with all regulations, company policies, and procedures.
• Foster positive and collaborative communication with all employees, customers, and vendors.
Job Requirements:
· At least 3 years of experience in Marketing, Marketing Communications, Digital Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
· Knowledge of Marketo marketing automation.
· Proficient in MS Office, including PowerPoint and Excel.
· Familiarity with both PC and MAC platforms.
· Understanding of print production processes.
· Ability to work effectively in a complex, geographically diverse business environment.
· Strong project management skills.
· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, capable of engaging at all levels within the organization.
· Strong proofreading abilities.
· Proven experience in collaborative teamwork, working with various roles such as product managers, designers, agencies, and marketing automation teams.
· Self-motivated, able to take initiative, and comfortable in a fast-paced setting, managing multiple projects with tight deadlines.
· Skilled in multitasking, prioritizing, and meeting deadlines efficiently.
· Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-up abilities.
