JOB DESCRIPTION
- Develop and implement effective strategies to generate eCommerce sales on thecocoatrees.com and marketplaces (Shopee, Lazada and TikTok), including identifying target audiences, conducting market research, and creating compelling campaigns.
- Work with performance marketing agency to monitor and analyse website performance and customer data, identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization.
- Support day to day tasks that include creating and optimising product listings, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and keyword optimization to enhance discoverability and conversion rates, through the use of a central ecommerce management app, One Cart and through seller centres of Shopee, Lazada and TikTok.
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to drive targeted website traffic and increase conversions. Support digital marketing operations, including products and campaign setup. Managing the briefing and reviewing of creative assets for marketing campaigns.
- Manage and update website content, design, and features, collaborating with the design and development teams to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Monitor competitor activity, pricing, and trends to identify opportunities and make informed business decisions.
- Conduct user testing to identify areas for improvement in website usability, customer journey, and overall user experience.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries promptly and professionally. Ensure that Chat Response Rate on Shopee, Lazada and TikTok maintains at a healthy level.
- Generate monthly sales report and work with Finance Department for finance reporting, ensuring smooth financial accounting process.
- Support ecommerce administrative tasks as needed to ensure smooth operations.
- Conduct monthly stocktake and ensure accuracy of inventory through analysis of stock movement data.
- Processing and packing of stock for order fulfilment.
- Forecasting inventory for ecommerce fulfilment and work with Warehouse Department to prevent out of stock situation.
REQUIREMENTS
• Degree in Business, Marketing or a related discipline preferred
• 2 to 3 years of experience in Shopee, Lazada and TikTok with proven track record of success in driving online sales
• Experience in using ecommerce platforms, including inventory management systems
• Strong understanding of web design, website architecture, and SEO principles to optimize website performance and visibility
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent time management and organization skills with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communications skills
• Ability to analyse & synthesise information and recommend actions
• Ability to work closely with cross-functional team members effectively and strive toward a unified vision
• Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and openness to new ideas
