JOB SCOPE

1. Ensure the smooth operations of the Family Training and Resource Centre (FRTC) which includes administrative (attendance, feedback etc), logistical (training resources, refreshments etc) and financial (payment, subsidy claims etc) aspects
2. Administer training and development courses of FRTC, including application/renewal of grants
3. Develop marketing materials to promote courses
4. Manage pool of trainers (recruitment, vetting, training, claims, recognition etc)
5. Submit monthly reports on FRTC
6. Assist in research of market trends and sector needs
7. Provide secretariat support to FRTC Management Committee
8. Manage Admin Assistant to support operations
9. Any other duties assigned by the Executive Director

REQUIREMENTS

1. Minimum recognised degree
2. Office 365 Proficient
3. Experience in training management and compliance with SkillsFutureSg requirements in training administration preferred
