Job Description:
As a MongoDB Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our MongoDB databases, ensuring efficient data storage, retrieval, and migration. You will work closely with our development and business analysis teams to transition data from MariaDB to MongoDB, leveraging your expertise in data modelling and MQL language.
Key Responsibilities:
· Design, develop, and maintain MongoDB databases for efficient data storage and retrieval.
· Write and optimize code using MQL (MongoDB Query Language) to manage database operations.
· Organize and model data in MongoDB to ensure high performance and scalability.
· Collaborate with the team to migrate data from MariaDB to MongoDB, ensuring data integrity and consistency.
· Work with business analysts to understand data requirements and translate them into effective MongoDB solutions.
· Ensure optimal performance of databases through regular monitoring and optimization.
· Stay updated with the latest developments in MongoDB and related technologies.
Qualifications:
· Proficiency in MongoDB and experience with MQL language.
· Strong skills in data modelling design for NoSQL databases.
· Good understanding of SQL and experience with data migration from SQL-based systems, particularly MariaDB.
· Experience in business analysis or working closely with business analysts is a plus.
· Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
· Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
