Job Descriptions
- To prepare the site for work, which may include taking on staff, planning the work schedules, and establishing on site offices, in accordance to the objectives established by the Project Manager
- To monitor progress and ensure that deadlines are met
- To ensure good / safe working conditions and that the well being of workers are the site are taken care of
- To coordinate and oversee delivery of materials
- To conduct safety checks
- To manage and address work related issues as they arise
- Formulate the construction as well as maintenance plan
- Liaise with architects, engineers, surveyors, planners, contractors as necessary
- Ensure that work complies with building regulations, safety codes, design, quality etc
- Provide regular progress reports to management
- Act as the first point of contact for the Company at the site.
Job Requirements:
1. Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering or its equivalent.
2. Minimum 3 yrs experience in Construction Industry.
