We are seeking a experienced individual to oversee the Finance functions and administrative works of our organization.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the Finance, and Administration functions
- To prepare invoices
- Handling AP & AR
- Maintaining and preparation full set of accounts including payroll processing, CPF, IR8A.
- Ensure timely submission of financial and management reports
- Assisting in preparation of budget for operations expenses.
- Provide administrative support cum document control
Requirements:
- Minimum ITE/Diploma in accounting with 3 years experience
- In-depth knowledge of Finance, and Administration policies and practices.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in MS Office and MYOB.
- Priority given to candidates with immediate availability.
