JOB DESCRIPTION:
Ø Assists in development and daily preparation of all managerial reports used for tracking and analysis.
Ø Maintains rates, and content, on all distribution channels including but not limited to Internet, Extranet, GDS, PMS, and TARS to ensure accuracy.
Ø Ensures maximum exposure, inventory availability, and rate and revenue opportunities are consistently maintained and monitored.
Ø Prepares and distributes various monthly, quarterly, and annual reports in accordance with established practices and procedures.
Ø Accurately maintains rate, availability, bookings and content information for all channels including PMS, GDS, Extranets, TARS systems.
Ø Closely monitor competitive pricing and understand the impact of relative pricing decisions on property performance. Perform competitor checks and report as appropriate.
Ø Reviews group and convention block and pick-up activity ensuring all revenue opportunities and procedural guidelines are met.
Ø Maintains all communication tools used to advise staff of inventory availability, on a timely basis.
Ø Performs all other duties as assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Required:
• Strong passion and basic knowledge in Revenue Management,

• Must possess strong computer skills, Inc. Microsoft Office, (Excel/PowerPoint/Word)
Preferred:
• Possess a Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management or Business Management
• Must have at least 2 years of relevant working experience in a hospitality, preferably experience in Sales & Marketing, Front Desk, or reservations
