- Administrative Support: Responsibilities in providing administrative support to management and other employees of the department. It includes a variety of tasks such as managing schedules, organizing meetings, and keeping track of records and files.
- Communication Management: Serves as the point of contact for all internal and external communications within the organization. This includes answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling inquiries related to services.
- Data Entry and Management: Data entry into various systems must be performed in an accurate and timely manner. This may involve updating customer information, processing service requests, or maintaining inventory records.
- Customer Service: The ability to provide excellent customer service in terms of assisting customers with their inquiries about services, or escalating a situation to another department if necessary
- Documentation Preparation: Ability to prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation required by the organization
- Coordination of Projects: Providing assistance in the coordination of projects may include scheduling meetings, monitoring deadlines, or liaising with various departments in order to ensure project milestones are being met on a regular basis.
- Office Management Tasks: Assist in the general management of the office. This includes ordering supplies, maintaining office equipment, and ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations.
- Technical Support Coordination: To provide technical support in coordination with IT or technical teams when issues arise that require specialized knowledge to be resolved.
- Regulatory Compliance Assistance: Assisting in ensuring compliance with the regulatory requirements that need to be adhered to at all times
Requirements
- At least GCE 'N' or 'O' level certificate or equivalent.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant work experience preferred.
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
- Basic understanding of telecommunications concepts
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Customer service orientation
