Company Overview: We are a established manufacturing company specializing in various food productsand seafood. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented and driven Executive Assistant to support our executive team. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth operation of our company’s sales, customer service, and administrative functions.

Job Description:

The Executive Assistant will provide timely administrative support to the executive team, with a focus on sales, customer service, and administration. The ideal candidate will be tech-savvy, possess strong organizational skills, and have a background in business, accounting, or marketing. This role requires someone who can anticipate needs, manage multiple priorities, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the executive team, including managing schedules, organizing meetings, and handling correspondence.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents related to sales, customer service, and administrative tasks.
  • Coordinate and manage customer service activities, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Support sales initiatives by preparing proposals, tracking sales data, and coordinating with the sales team.
  • Assist in the management of company records, contracts, and documentation.
  • Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
  • Utilize technology to streamline administrative processes and enhance productivity.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
  • Perform other related duties as required by the executive team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Marketing or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, customer service, or administration.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in MS Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting senior executives or working in a similar role.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and sales tracking tools.
  • Familiarity with the manufacturing industry.
