We are seeking a team member to be part of a core team in growing the Education pillar of the education initiatives where you will support the formulation of strategic development and implementation of initiatives across SingHealth Duke-NUS Academic Medical Centre (AMC).
Your responsibilities will include contributing to the planning, implementation, and execution of Human Resources, Staff Engagement, and Change Management initiatives to ensure effective and efficient operation within the Group Education domain. This will involve overseeing all onboarding, offboarding, and welfare activities of staff in Group Education.
You will also be involved in supporting the strategic development in alignment with the SingHealth Duke-NUS Education Masterplan. This will include gathering, analysing, and evaluating information for the preparation of papers and presentations, supporting planning and decision-making, and formulating strategies to shape policies.
Additionally, you will be responsible for preparing presentation materials for management meetings/town halls and performing secretariat support duties. You will also undertake ad-hoc projects as assigned.
Job Requirements
· Degree in any discipline with at least 8 years of experience.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications. Working knowledge of Tableau will be an advantage.
· Good interpersonal skills, organised and meticulous.
· Strong verbal and communication skills
· Driven and independent worker who is able to manage priorities and deadlines.
· Able to work with minimal supervision.
