- supporting the team in these areas: Delegate Registration; Speaker Management, Room Management, VIP Management, Logistics, Opening Ceremony, Appreciation Dinner and other key activities.
- involved in several upcoming HQ events.
- participate in the strategic planning and logistic coordination for the event
Job Requirements
- Minimally diploma in events management
- Strong coordination and organisational skills in managing several roles with concurrent deadlines
- Knowledge of design &/or image editing software would be a plus
