- Responsible for managing and ensuring profitability of the division across India, ASEAN & South Asia regions by managing marketing & sales strategies, executing & reviewing marketing communications strategies, activities, managing budget & projection, and leading a team of sales, marketing & data analysts.
- Plan and develop short and long-term goals and objectives to meet business and profitability growth objectives
- Review budgets and projections to achieve company goals
- Manage monthly business report, quarterly board meeting report
- Ensure compliance with regulatory authorities such as governments, banks and trading partners
- Build and develop a high-performance team. Create a positive environment for employee engagement, staff morale and talent retention
- Ensure strong cross functional collaboration with other business units and partners
Experience & professional Qualifications:
- Degree in Science, Engineering, Business with a master’s degree in management will be preferred
- At least 10 years of experience working in analytical industry with at least 6 years in managerial roles
- Regional experience working with distributors in the analytical instrumentations will be preferred
- Experience in international/ global business will be preferred
