Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate the production of high-quality BIM Models and construction documents with minimal supervision.
- Oversee and deliver a fully coordinated federated model in the agreed formats.
- Support the BIM Manager in updating and revising BIM Models throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure BIM Models are developed with accurate parameters and attributes for BIM-based quantification and 4D simulation.
- Collaborate with the team and other relevant departments to ensure all drawings meet design requirements.
- Coordinate with consultants, SWCs, and subcontractors.
- Utilize BIM for coordination, sequencing, constructability, and as-built purposes.
- Review design and fabrication models and drawings.
- Conduct clash checks.
- Perform quality control before the release and exchange of BIM Models.
Requirements:
- Diploma or equivalent in Civil & Structural (C&S), Architectural, Mechanical & Electrical (M&E), or Building Services.
- 1 - 3 years of relevant work experience is required.
- Formal training in BIM or equivalent modeling certification.
- Proficiency in BIM/Revit, including Architectural, Structural and Reinforcement, and MEP modeling, as well as Navisworks.
- Experience in BIM coordination using Autodesk or Bentley software.
