Key Roles & Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement T+14 schedules for contact center that meets forecasted requirements
• Meal and break optimization
• Adhoc activities planning and plotting
• Update headcount movements in various systems
Requirements
- Candidates should have strong organizational and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- They should be able to work collaboratively with others.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel is required.
- Open on 6months contract
