Jobs Description
- Handles full set of accounts and ensures timely closing (month-ends and year-end)
- Prepare monthly audit schedules and clear the reconciling items promptly
- Prepare quarterly GST returns and reconciliation.
- Review AR outstanding list and follow-up closely with clients and operations on the status.
- Performs data entries, prepare and assist in day to day operation in accounting.
- Process intercompany billings.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirement:
- Minimum 3 year experience in handling full set account
- Experience using Myob
- Preferably experience in Marine related industry, but not a must
- 5days work week, 9am to 6:00pm
