- Formulate and implement long-term strategic business plans to achieve sustainable financial performance and growth.
- Oversee full spectrum of human resource functions, including manpower planning, recruitment, compensation & benefits, training, performance management, and employee engagement.
- Spearhead the recruitment process for all levels of the organization, ensuring a seamless and efficient hiring process. Develop innovative talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top-tier talent.
- Manage compensation and benefits programs, including salary benchmarking, benefits administration, and payroll processing. Ensure competitive and equitable compensation practices.
- Oversee the performance management process, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and career development planning. Provide guidance and support to managers and employees.
- Develops and implement HR policies and procedures in line with the Company objectives.
- Ensure compliance with Work Injury Compensation Act (WICA) policies and procedures, Ministry of Manpower (MOM) labor laws, and Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (IRAS) tax regulations.
- Address employee relations matters, including grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution. Foster a positive work culture through employee engagement initiatives.
- Oversee HR administrative tasks such as record-keeping, HRIS management, and documentation. Maintain the accuracy and confidentiality of employee data.
- Work closely with HR lead from other countries to ensure alignment of HR strategies and practices and HR projects.
- Manage travel bookings, visa arrangements, and travel schedules – including coordination of all travel arrangements; preparation of itineraries; and ensuring changes are well managed in line with requirements.
- Manage office services such as contract renewal, utilities, etc.
