Responsibilities
- Proactively identify, evaluate, and expand new franchisee and strategic partnershipopportunities.
- Negotiate business terms with potential franchisees and partners to maximize mutual benefits.
- Manage and optimize partnership relations to ensure alignment with the company's strategic goals.
- Collaborate regularly with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to support the successful implementation of partnership projects.
- Establish and maintain extensive industry contacts in Singapore and Southeast Asia.
- Prepare and present business development reports to senior management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
- Extensive experience in the Food & Beverage (F&B) sector, particularly in franchise management and strategic partnerships.
- Strong commercial acumen to achieve the company’s target.
- Strong business network and connections in Singapore.
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills, capable of strategic dialogues with various partners.
- Prior commercial sales experience in closing large and complex agreements is preferred.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup culture and work effectively in a multitasking environment.
- Preference for candidates with work experience across multiple Southeast Asian countries.
- Fluent in both English and Chinese to facilitate business communications and documentation.
