Responsibilities
- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring efficiency, quality, service, and cost-effective management of resources.
- Collaborating with other executives in the development and execution of the company's strategic plans and initiatives, aligning operational strategies with overall business objectives.
- Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and productivity across various departments.
- Managing and providing leadership to different departments, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among teams.
- Monitoring budgets, financial reports, and key financial metrics to make data-driven decisions and ensure the financial health of the organization.
- Identifying people management risks and implementing strategies to mitigate them, ensuring compliance with regulations and labor law.
- Leading organizational change initiatives, guiding teams through transitions, and fostering a culture of adaptability and innovation.
- Together with CEO, developing and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the company's performance and operational effectiveness.
- Serving as a bridge between different departments and executive leadership, ensuring clear communication and coordination of efforts.
- Attracting, developing, and retaining top talent within the organization, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum Undergraduate's degree in Business, Operations Management or other related fields;
- Minimum 8 years of proven experience in operation process optimization, business transformation and technology enhancement, especially in people management, administration and finance support;
- Experienced in Multinational companies is highly valued;
- Be familiar with Singapore and Chinese culture, with high proficiency of Chinese writing and speaking.
