Job Responsibilities:
· Preparation and sending contracts to stakeholders
· Arranging of contracts execution
· Looking at contract submission and ensuring all documentations are in placed
· Key point of contact for all contracts related matters
· Reviewing of contract requests, drafting and getting necessary approvals
· Preparing the drafting packages from legal team
· Maintaining accurate and timely records and documentation
· Making recommendations for improvement in processes
· Adhoc tasks and projects as assigned
Job Requirements
· Minimum Diploma in a related discipline
· 5 year of experience of relevant experience
· Experience within the payments industry would be an added advantage
· Able to start immediately or within short notice
