Job Description
We are seeking a talented Full Stack Developer to join our team, working on key projects including Platform Engineering and Economics & Investment Strategy (EIS). The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of relevant software development experience, with hands-on expertise in frontend and backend development, ETL pipelines, and cloud architecture.
Key Responsibilities:
· Design, develop, and deploy robust web applications using TypeScript, React.js, Python (FastAPI/Alembic), and Django.
· Build and maintain RESTful APIs using languages such as C#, Java, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
· Develop and implement ETL pipelines using Informatica and/or Python and manage data across platforms such as RDBMS and Snowflake.
· Work on platform engineering projects to provide services and processes that enable fast access to platform capabilities, ensuring standardized and secure solutions.
· Drive automation in platform provisioning to enhance efficiency in both requesting and fulfilment teams.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams using Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
· Utilize version control systems like Git and implement best practices in software development, including unit testing and clean code principles.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in a STEM-related discipline is advantageous.
· Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in software design, development, and automated testing.
· Proficiency in frontend development using React.js or other JavaScript frameworks/libraries.
· Strong backend development skills with experience in Java, Python, C#, or other mainstream programming languages.
· Experience with cloud architecture solutions, particularly AWS, and infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform and AWS CloudFormation.
· Familiarity with orchestration tools like Airflow.
· Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
· Passion for understanding business requirements and leveraging technology to drive improvements.
