Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain comprehensive books of accounts for all companies within the Group.
- Post all accounting entries related to income, expenses, and journals as required.
- Oversee and manage cash flow, including invoicing, payment tracking, and aging analysis of outstanding accounts payable/receivable.
- Ensure best practices in recording and filing expenses.
- Conduct ongoing reconciliation of bank and cash accounts to ensure balanced books.
- Balance and reconcile inter-company accounts.
- Oversee year-end procedures, including accruals, prepaids, receivables, and payables, and manage any other necessary journals.
- Prepare financial year-end accounts for audit and liaise with auditors to ensure a clean signoff, addressing any audit gaps.
- Initiate tax planning, GST reporting, and oversee periodic tax filings.
- Collaborate closely with respective business units to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
- Ensure the integrity and accuracy of Group consolidation.
- Prepare monthly, yearly, ad-hoc, and consolidated financial reports.
- Suggest and implement process improvements for in-house systems or automate processes and procedures.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
- Proven supervisory skills.
- Degree in Accountancy.
- Meticulous and proficient with numbers.
- Experience in handling audits.
