Job Responsibilities:
- Lead in Quantity Surveying services including contract advisory to Project Managers/Users on managing infrastructure projects.
- Provide Project Management support role for renovation projects.
- Support drafting processes on infrastructure procurement documents, including refining the infrastructure procurement policies & procedures.
- Provide support in managing funding and cash flow for the infrastructure projects.
- Analyse and compile cost data for infrastructure projects, including liaising with Project Managers/Users.
- Support internal & external audit including liaising with the Project Managers, stakeholders, and MOHH.
- Compile a registry of consultations, queries, and feedback on procurement policies, standard contract documents, and contract administration processes/templates for periodic review and improvement.
- Provide support in organising training for professional growth and practice.
Job Requirements:
- Possess a Bachelor's degree from a recognised university in Quantity Surveying, Project Management or other relevant construction-related discipline
- Minimum 6 to 8 years of relevant experience in Quantity Surveying, Building, or Project Management for infrastructure projects.
- Experience in healthcare facilities and/or government projects will be an advantage.
- Good knowledge of Public Sector Standard Conditions of Contract (PSSCOC).
- Proficient in Microsoft applications eg. MS Word, Powerpoint and Excel.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
