We are currently seeking a skilled Regional Brand Manager with proven experience in China and Singapore to spearhead our brand initiatives and enhance our market presence in these key regions.
Role Summary: As the Regional Brand Manager, you will be instrumental in shaping and executing brand strategies tailored to these diverse markets. Your expertise will guide brand positioning, market analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure our brand thrives in both regions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement effective brand strategies for the Chinese and Singaporean markets.
- Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to uncover opportunities and address challenges.
- Collaborate with Operation and Business Development Teams to drive successful brand campaigns and initiatives.
- Track and evaluate brand performance, making strategic adjustments as required.
- Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Qualifications & Job Requirements:
- In-depth knowledge of consumer behavior and market dynamics (preferably in the sports industry) in both regions.
- Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Required to travel frequently for this job.
- This nature of this job requires frequent communication with key stakeholders in both Mandarin and English.
- Min Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or equivalent. Relevant experience may be considered.
- Min 5 years relevant experience with marketing management or in a similar role. Experience in both Singapore and China market will be an added advantage.
