Responsibilities:
1. Undertake all administrative work related to the sales report and inventory management:
• Check sales insertion orders against sales forecast
• Manage media insertion order bookings submitted by the sales personnel.
• Coordinate with Content team to ensure media schedule is logged in. Submission of media files by clients to the content team for timely upload.
• Perform filing duties for the department. Monitor media campaigns fulfillment and liaise with finance for billing purposes.
• Assist in coordinating and enforcing sales policies, procedures and systems are complied with by sales personnel.
2. Prepare media inventory utilization report
• Assist in compiling sales performance reports
• Assist in compiling campaign reports
• Assist in content scheduling
• Provide admin support for sales personnel
Requirements:
1. Diploma in marketing/ communication/management studies
2. Relevant administrative experience preferred, proficient in MS Office (Excel , Word, Powerpoint)
3. Meticulous and good working attitude
4. Training will be provided
5. Have initiative, drive and motivated to work as a team.
6. Conversant in English and Mandarin
7. Ability to work independently
