- Assisting with the planning, coordination within our organization
- Management of various Governance forums including Preparation of Materials and Presentation.
- Work on Permit to Operate and obtaining Approvals as required
- You will work closely with senior project managers to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
- Assist in developing project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Coordinate project activities and resources to ensure timely delivery
- Monitor project progress and report on key metrics
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues
- Support senior project managers
- Support the project team in administrative tasks and documentation
skills and experience
- 4-5 years of relevant working experience.
- Self-starter, requiring minimal direction and takes ownership of the assignment and drive it to completion, while also partnering with resources in a matrixed environment
- Familiar with Agile, Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Visio, Sharepoint and other office toolsets.
