Additionally, domain expertise in Airlines is good to have.

Roles & Responsibilities :
- Support existing Pega application with ticket resolution within the defined SLA
- Develop and implement PEGA-based solutions to meet business requirements as part of enhancements and/or service requests
- Provide expertise in PEGA frameworks, ensuring robust and scalable application architecture.
- Utilize PEGA Case Management to streamline and automate business processes, enhancing operational efficiency.
- Design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces using PEGA User Experience principles.
- Integrate PEGA applications with various data sources and external systems to ensure seamless data flow.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement integration strategies and solutions.
- Conduct thorough testing and debugging of PEGA applications to ensure high performance and reliability.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for PEGA applications, addressing any issues promptly.
- Document all development processes, configurations, and changes for future reference and compliance.
- Stay updated with the latest PEGA platform updates and industry best practices to continuously improve solutions.
- Contribute to the overall success of the project by delivering high-quality solutions that meet client expectations.
- Demonstrate expertise in PEGA Case Management, including the ability to design and implement complex workflows.
- Showcase proficiency in PEGA User Experience, creating user-centric designs that enhance usability.
- Have experience in PEGA Data and Integration, ensuring seamless connectivity with various data sources.
- Exhibit strong skills in PEGA Application Development, from initial design to final deployment.
Certification(s) Required :
- Certified Pega System Architect (CSA), Certified Pega Senior System Architect (CSSA)
