Position : Logistics Assistant
Contract period : Immediate (3months)
Role: Logistics Assistant
Requirements: Singaporean. At least GCE ‘O’ Level or equivalent. Applicant must be quick-thinking, able to multitask and work independently. Keen to learn, detail-oriented, and good interpersonal and communication skills. Likely be required to lift bulky items. Basic knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
Responsibilities:
• Assist with logistical preparations for visits (including sourcing of goods and services) and handling of post-visit logistics.
• Accounting for and organising office/trip supplies and gifts.
• Timely dispatch and/or collection of mail, goods, gifts, and documents.
• Assist with other administrative tasks and duties as assigned by the company.
Monthly rated, at $1,800/month
Office Hours:
Monday to Thursday - 8.30am to 6.00pm.
Friday - 8.30am to 5.30pm.
[Lunch break from 1pm to 2pm]
May be required to work overtime or on weekends occasionally.
i) 1x rate up to 44hrs, 1.5x rate for hours exceeding 44hrs
ii) Sat working hours can be included towards above OT rate calculations. Sun (rest day) OT to be paid at 2x rate.
iii) 2x rate. If PH falls on a rest day and temp is required to work, to pay at 2x rate + PH pay.
