Job Description:
- Perform preventive maintenance, repair, installation, commissioning, and general servicing activities for plant equipment.
- Plan schedule and execute for E&I preventive maintenance.
- Manage team of E&I technicians and technically guide them on E&I maintenance.
- Troubleshooting of faulty equipment and root cause analysis.
- Design & implement modifications of E&I for plant improvement in terms of plant safety and productivity.
- Upgrading of E&I equipment installation, testing and commissioning.
- Preparation of engineering documents such as preventive maintenance schedule, equipment calibration service report/data, plant P&ID drawing.
- Follow maintenance management system and keep updated record of maintenance activities and propose preventive maintenance schedule.
- Spare part management for plant critical equipment.
- Monitor and control maintenance expenses to stay within budget.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
- At least 4 years of working experience in a related field.
- Experience in instrument calibration, commissioning, and troubleshooting, including Pressure/Flow/Temperature/Level/Online Analyzers.
- Ability to analyze and troubleshoot HART/TREX protocol instruments.
- Experience in electrical equipment maintenance.
- Proficient knowledge of Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) and Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) systems.
