Responsibilities
- Manage all logistics and documentation for project shipments.
- Ensure timely and accurate transportation per Project Managers guidelines.
- Handle shipping documents and comply with international trade regulations.
- Coordinate with carriers and service providers for efficient and safe shipment.
- Track shipments and provide real-time updates to clients.
- Address and resolve issues like delays or damages promptly.
- Maintain high standards of service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Travel as required to meet clients or oversee global operations.
Requirements
- 2 years experience as Operations Executive role or similar
- Experienced in managing full cycle logistics for projects
