Blood Professional Associate

- Woodlands
- Westgate
Mon - Fri: 11.30am to 9pm/ Sat - Sun: 9am to 6pm (Deployed for 2-3 days per week only)
S$15.8/hour
Responsibilities:
- Verify donor identity and particulars Register donors in the Blood Bank Computer System
- Ensure donor eligibility and check for outstanding deferrals
- Verify and affix correct donor details on printed labels
- Issue queue tickets for registered donors
- Estimation and Weight Taking
- Verify donor registration and weigh the donor
- Perform Hb testing and record readings
- Provide explanation and advice if donor does not meet Hb criteria
- Perform maintenance of Hb measuring meters and weighing scales
- Handle donor enquiries
- Assist donors in booking appointments
- Print and prepare DHAQ forms
- Issue and track car park redemption tickets
- Accurately enter phlebotomy and blood collection results
- Check system entries against the number of blood units collected
- Securely store all DHAQ forms at the end of the session
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE O Level and above or equivalent
- Looking for candidates with healthcare and customer service experience.
