Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement and manage alumni engagement programs catering to different target groups and outcomes.
- Organize events and activities for alumni to connect with NUS students, stakeholders and resources as well as strengthen bonds among themselves.
- Design, create and curate content for publications and social media channels, with captivating stories and relevant information to update, educate and uplift the community.
- Provide administrative support for N-House, NUS’ entrepreneurship-themed residential program.
- Work collaboratively with other Enterprise teams and NUS departments to ensure accuracy of data collection and reporting.
- Monitor the effectiveness of alumni engagement efforts and refine alumni strategies, programs and activities as needed.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with at least 3 to 5 years' experience in alumni relations (either professionally or as a student leader), preferably within a higher education setting.
- Experience in marketing communications and event management is a big advantage.
- Proficient in the use of social media platforms and able to drive engagement and conversion.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for building and sustaining relationships with different alumni segments and related organizations.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment and is open to change and uncertainty.
- Takes initiative and can work well independently or in collaboration with others.
- Comfortable deploying data analytics to track performance outcomes and improve work practices.
