- Supervise work progress according to schedule and report actual progress promptly.
- Coordinate collaboration among stakeholders to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Prepare and submit maintenance reports, checklists, and documentation, including monthly works reports.
- Conduct periodic inspections to maintain service quality and ensure compliance with instructions.
- Assist in daily, weekly, and monthly reporting of services, including updates on pending works, defects, and observations
Requirements :
- At least three (3) years of relevant experience, preferably in engineering, utilities, public sector services, or maintenance.
- Singaporean citizenship
- Competence in using computer systems for site reporting and mobile applications for updating findings.
- Electrical Section: Higher NITEC or equivalent qualification.
- Must have own transportation.
