Model development, construction, documentation and production techniques Work side by side with teams in-house and external teams to complete VDC projects Creation, maintenance and proper utilization of company/project standards, templates and content Create and maintain Model Families of Components and ensure BIM standards are maintained in the creation of BIM model Help resolve BIM/VDC design issues We are seeking a skilled BIM Modeller to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating, managing, and coordinating Building Information Models (BIM) for various architectural and engineering projects. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of BIM processes and technologies, excellent technical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain detailed BIM models based on project specifications and design documentation
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure model accuracy and consistency
- Conduct clash detection and resolution to minimize conflicts during the construction phase
- Prepare and present 3D visualizations and simulations for project stakeholders
- Assist in the development of BIM execution plans and standards
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in BIM technology and software
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field
- Proven experience as a BIM Modeller or in a similar role within the construction or design industry
- Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, or similar tools
- Strong understanding of building codes, standards, and construction methodologies
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
