- 5 days shift (including Weekends/PH), Follow Roster
- 3pm or 4pm to 1am or 2am (44 Hours Per Week)

Duties and Responsibilities
- Interact with customers, take orders and serve food & beverages
- Inventory management - Monitor inventory levels and reconciling discrepancies
- Develop relationships with supplies and negotiate favourable terms for purchasing agreements
- Maintain a good housekeeping regime
- Mixing of ingredients and preparation of cocktails.
- Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
- Assists with bar opening and closing procedures and perform various behind-the-bar tasks such as preparing foods & garnishes, set up bar stations and restocking all par levels for ingredients and home-made ingredients.
- Restocks and replenishes bar inventories and supplies to ensure the bar fully stocked.
- Work involves serving alcohol and tasting cocktails
Prerequisites:
- Good command in both spoken and written English
- Good knowledge of in mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
- Able to commit to shift work
- No Experience are welcome
- Singaporean Only
