- Supports managers and clients through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication
- Handle general office administrative duties: answering phone calls and attending to visitors
- Scanning of documents, maintaining proper recording and filing
- Perform other ad-hoc admin duties
- Able to work in fast fast-paced environment
Requirement:
- Have minimum academic qualification of at least 3 GCE “O” level passes (including English);
- Possess basic computer literacy skills such as basic Microsoft Office applications;
- Observe confidentiality at all times for all documents handled and information received during the course of work.
- Willing to work in fast pace environment
- 5 days working per week.
