Hero Entertainment Pte. Ltd. is a dynamic hospitality company that manages two distinguished F&B outlets in Singapore: Qin Bar at The Clan Hotel and USHIO Sumiyaki & Sake Bar at OUE Tower. Our company is dedicated to delivering exceptional beverage and entertainment experiences and is also actively involved in organizing events across Singapore.


About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Operations Manager to lead our team and oversee the daily operations of our venues. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in the F&B hospitality industry and possess extensive knowledge in bartending, barista skills, wine, sake, costing, and event management.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage day-to-day operations of both venues, including FOH and BOH services.
  • Develop and manage staff rosters to ensure optimal coverage and efficiency.
  • Drive and control operational and financial performance, ensuring departmental targets are met, including payroll percentages vs. F&B revenue.
  • Collaborate on future business developments, providing FOH results for budgeting and forecasting.
  • Ensure all employees adhere to company uniform standards and maintain high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health & safety.
  • Provide expert advice to customers on menu and wine selections.
  • Recruit, train, and motivate staff, offering constructive feedback and support.
  • Coordinate with the chef on menu planning and execution.
  • Maintain a strong and effective relationship with the kitchen team.
  • Possess in-depth knowledge of all food, wines, cooking techniques, and allergy requirements to ensure guests receive informed and appropriate advice.
  • Deliver an outstanding all-day service experience to guests.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the F&B hospitality industry.
  • Strong knowledge of bartending, barista skills, wine, sake, costing, and event management.
  • Proven track record in managing operations in a high-paced environment.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
  • Ability to understand and manage P&L, budgets, and forecasting.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards.
