You will play a key role in building and maintaining relationships with both clinical and non-clinical partners, ensuring service standards are met, and resolving any issues that arise. This role requires you to be the go-to person for both external partners and internal business units, facilitating seamless communication and project execution.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, offering proactive support.
- Act as a key liaison between partners and internal teams, resolving conflicts and ensuring smooth operations.
- Identify and mitigate risks or issues related to partnerships.
- Facilitate and manage projects, ensuring alignment with objectives.
- Conduct regular reviews and track key performance metrics.
- Improve work processes and provide administrative support for meetings
Requirements Summary:
- Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in healthcare or business management).
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, ideally in hospital operations, contract/project/stakeholder management.
- Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Able to work in fast-paced, complex environments with strong stakeholder engagement.
- Process-oriented, detail-oriented, and driven, with the ability to multitask and work independently.
