- Reports to Administrative Manager
- Inspect, clean, and maintain air conditioning units in the site office to ensure efficient operation.
- Troubleshoot and repair air conditioning issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain site office electrical systems, repair faults, and ensure safety compliance.
- Manage and maintain the generator for consistent power supply, including fuel checks and routine servicing.
- Replace and maintain lighting fixtures in the temporary office as needed.
- Perform routine inspections and repairs for the overall upkeep of the temporary office, including basic plumbing, and other maintenance tasks.
Job Requirements:
- BCA Electrician certificate or relevant certificate
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
