Job Title: Accounts Assistant (Accounts Payable)
Location: Pandan Road (Nearest MRT: Clementi and Jurong East)
Work Days: Mon to Fri (8:30am – 6:00pm)
Salary: 2,400 to $3,200
Responsibilities:
• Process Purchase Invoice from (GRN) in the system
• Process Payment Voucher in the system
• Assist in maintenance of New Creditors master
• Maintain an organized filing system
• Assist in yearly auditing
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by your supervisor
Requirements:
• Possess relevant certificate in Accounting or equivalent
• At least 2 years experience in a similar position
• Able to multi-task and work under tight datelines
• Meticulous, proactive, resourceful and self-driven with positive mindset
• Competent in MS Office especially in Excel
• Able to work independently as well as in a team
• Able to communicate in English & Mandarin (to liaise with associates)
• Well-organized with ability to prioritize and multi-task
