Job Title: Payroll Executive
Location: Pandan Road (Nearest MRT: Clementi and Jurong East)
Work Days: Mon to Fri (8:30am to 6:00pm)
Salary: 2,500 to $3,500
Responsibilities:
· Process monthly payroll and ensuring all payroll is processed accurately and on time (Around 100 headcount)
· Ensure payments are in accordance with MOM Employment Law & all the regulatory guidelines
· Submission of Form IR21 for tax clearance, employee yearly Income Tax - Form IR8A, CPF submission, NS make-up claims and submission of FWL wavier
· Prepare monthly payroll reports & salary reconciliation
· Application, Renewal and Cancellation of Work Permits
· Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor
Requirements:
· At least 2 years experience in a similar position
· Able to multi-task and work under tight datelines
· Meticulous, proactive, resourceful and self-driven with positive mindset
· Competent in MS Office especially in Excel
· Good communication and interpersonal skills
· Able to work independently as well as in a team
· Able to communicate in English & Mandarin (to liaise with associates)
