COMPANY DESCRIPTION
Located on Jurong Island, the petrochemical hub of Singapore, SRC operates a refinery that is capable of processing 290,000 barrels of crude oil per day to produce fuel products and chemical feedstocks that are supplied to domestic markets and overseas export markets under the brand labels of its shareholders.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Selected candidate will be engaged under a third-party agency payroll for the tenure of employment in SRC. (Contract until 31 Dec 2025 - Renewable)
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and effective implementation of Project HSE Plans, procedures, and processes, including liaising with authorities and capturing lessons learned.
- Monitor and evaluate Project HSE and Security KPIs throughout all project phases, supporting the implementation of related programs.
- Facilitate activities and tasks to meet conditions precedents and deliverables agreed upon by Shareholders and the Company, as well as between the Company and Contractors.
- Provide HSE and Security inputs for BEDD, Project Requirement Specifications (PRS), Instructions to Bidders (ITB), etc., to help the project team finalize project scope and cost estimates.
- Support the implementation of programs to promote IIF Leadership and a strong OE/HSE Culture for the Project.
- Assist in the implementation of Contractor HSE and Security Management Processes, including reviewing Contractor HSE and Security Management Plans and associated procedures.
- Aid the HSE Manager in reviewing GHG, SOx, effluent discharge, and other environmental data to support the Technical Team in designing modifications for the Wastewater Treatment Plant and air pollution controls, ensuring alignment with Refinery Stakeholders.
- Facilitate communication with the Leadership Team, Functional Managers, Contractors, Base Refinery, and relevant Stakeholders on Project HSE matters.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in HSE roles within the Oil & Gas and Construction industries, covering both greenfield and brownfield projects.
- Experience with Major Capital Projects and modular construction is advantageous.
- Strong knowledge of local HSE regulations, permitting requirements, pollution control codes, and upcoming code developments.
- Proficient in HSE requirements for FEED, Detailed Engineering and Design, Construction, and Commissioning.
- Possess Singapore WSH Professional qualifications.
- Excellent coordination, communication, and presentation skills are expected
