Roles & Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILTIES:

• Perform daily operational accounting functions (i.e. AP, AR, Bank Reconciliation)
• Prepare monthly financial statements and report
• Processing payment to suppliers and staff expenses
• Preparation of quarterly GST declaration
• Liaise with external parties (auditors, tax agents, corporate secretary) on all related matters
• Able to handle payroll duties will be an advantage
• Any other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned by Management

JOB REQUIREMENT:

• Possess at least a Diploma in Accountancy/Finance or Equivalent
• Minimum 1 year of accounting experience, including experience in the related fields
• Solid understanding of accounting and financial procedures and regulations
• Responsible, Multitasking and able to work independently with minimum supervision

Provide top-quality service to customers before and after sales and ensure customers’ satisfaction, strengthening client’s relationship.

Responsibilities and Duties:

1. Client Management Matters

• Serve as a focal point of contact for all customers’ account management matters to ensure efficient and effective project coordination.
• Act as the primary point of contact to clients’ inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses.
• Gather feedback on system operations and collaborate with relevant teams for improvements.

2. Support

• Address clients’ inquiries and provide comprehensive support to resolve cases promptly.
• Collaborate with the IT team to assist in resolving any system-related issues that may arise.

3. Project Management

• Work closely with clients to gather project requirements and ensure a clear understanding oftheir objectives.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions that effectively address clients' challenges and align with project objectives.

• Proficient in using project management tools and systems.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Position Responsibilities:

• GRN, Matching & Coding for Indirect Material (AP Module)
• Input all Indirect Material invoices into ERP System
• Process payment for all Indirect Material suppliers
• Prepare & input journal for Stock Consumable Items
• Input General Journal for Provisional expenses, etc.
• Prepare & submit Raw Material Purchase & stock report
• Assist in Monthly Expense & EDB Reporting
• Maintain & upkeep record for Fixed Asset Register
• Maintain & upkeep record for Die Sets, consumable stock
• Prepare & submit royalty computation for IRAS submission
• Assist in Ad Hoc Projects (Stock-take, Audit, Tax, etc.)
• Assist in back up duty & other assignments, etc.

Position Qualifications and Experience:

• Possess at least a GCE “A” Level / LCCI / Diploma or equivalent in accounting
• Minimum 5 years of accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Training will be provided for those without relevant experience
• Some experience in stock and costing knowledge
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel applications
• Attentive to details and accuracy

• Proactively cultivate new business opportunities by identifying and engaging potential clients.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide comprehensive information and solutions to meet their needs.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Electronics Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of sales experience.
