About the Role:
A leading global adhesive enterprise with its regional headquarter in Singapore is looking for Southeast Asia Market Account Manager to be based in Singapore and travel between Singapore, S.E.A. and China to help on its journey of expansion.
Summary of Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the development and maintenance of customer relationships in Southeast Asia (Thailand, India, Vietnam, etc.)
2. Accomplish relevant sales targets for adhesive、coating and automotive foam. Adhere to quota as set out in the marketing plan.
3. Responsive with client communications. Ensure all information communicated to customers is accurate and appropriate.
4. Ensure clients are billed and payments collected in a timely manner to ensure healthy cash flow for the company.
5. Timely follow-up on new project development to achieve project sales targets of assigned accounts and update management on a regular basis.
6. Handle customer complaints in time. Assist to set up good communication between company and individual clients to recover confidence and achieve better satisfaction.
Job Requirements:
1. Minimum Poly equivalent. Bachelor’s degree or above is preferred. A strong background in chemistry is preferred.
2. No restrictions in domain. Candidates with sales or chemistry background are strongly preferred.
3. Fluent reading, writing, and speaking skills in both English and Mandarin Chinese.
4. At least 3 years of sales experience in the automotive industry, with know-how in automotive parts and NEVS.
5. Good communication and key account management skills.
6. Good clientele network within the automotive industry
7. Excellent communication skills required to achieve a range of sales and key accounts internally & externally to achieve relevant targets.
8. Professional sales reporting and analytical skills with knowledge of MS office suite.
9. Basic knowledge in quality and cost control.
10. Strong work ethic, sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit.
11. Positive, enterprising and receptive, capable of operating under high pressure.
12. Willing to take up new challenges and seize opportunities.
