Job Responsibilities:
● Provide full administrative and customer service support to the marketing department.
● Perform data entry, documentation, printing, billings, and filling duties
● Maintain a proper filing and document control system for recording and tracking documents
● In charge of order processing for online store and e-commerce platform
● Provide support to E-commerce Team
● Designing product promotions and sending EDM to the relavant customers for sales period.
● Other ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements :
• Prefer to have candidates with relevant experiences
• Able to start work immediately/ Able to quickly adapt to new environments
• Bilingual speaking
• Computer literate, independent & responsible
• Self-motivated
• Customer service oriented
• Knowledge of adobe photoshop & designing.
