Job Responsibilities:
· Able to adapt to the various functions within the Facotry
· Assist in general administrative duties where necessary
· Prepare/Issue DO List
· Maintenance of Company Documents
· Speak to customers for after sales service etc
· Other duties as assigned.
Requirement & Professional Skills:
· Must have experience realted to construction company.
· Be able to speak English
· Possess at least a Diploma or Degree
· At least 1 years of relevant working experience
· Possess excellent Verbal and Communication Skills with good interpersonal skills
· Computer literate with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
· Good knowledge of Employment Act, MOM regulations and practices
· Fast and independent with strong organizational skills.
· Self-motivated and able to work under pressure.
