Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in preparing simple sales quotations (training will be provided).
• Assist in updating quoted sales opportunities into sales funnel reports using cloud software
• Assist in order processing and delivery coordination
• Assist sales and service delivery team in daily operations and liaise between departments on sales order delivery.
• To liaise with suppliers and customers ensuring prompt completion of each & every sales order
• Provide good customer service by making timely checks via email &/or phone call after delivery made or service rendered
• To provide any other administrative support such as filing, ordering office stationery & drinking water etc. whenever required.
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess min. NITEC/ O Level
• Min. 1 year of related working experience in corporate office environment (we will not consider those who spend the whole time in retail background)
• Proficient in MS office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Positive working attitude, trustworthy and willing to learn
• Attentive and able to adapt fast working pace environment
• Short notice or immediate available will be a big advantage
