Job Responsibilities:
· Provide administrative support in order to ensure that office support services are provided in an effective and efficient manner
· Arrange and coordinate company’s drivers schedule
· Make travel arrangements for company approved business travel include booking of air ticket, hotel room, visa application, etc.
· Handle company official document for postage or courier. Maintain and record the usage of postages and registered mail
· Source for suppliers and prepare festivals gifts for clients for occasions
· Assist in Company’s event for coordination, check venue quotation, food and logistics arrangement, etc
· Prepare memo to broadcast to the Company admin related matter
· Cover reception duties when required
Job Requirements:
· Diploma in any discipline
· Good experience to handle event planning and coordination
· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and Words)
