Human Resources Admin Support:
· To assist maintaining personnel records, updates databases, and creates guidelines and FAQ documents about company policies.
· Publish job ads, schedule interviews, and prepare HR-related reports, when needed.
· Respond to employee inquiries about benefits.
General Administration
· Provide efficient administrative support to the entire office, including scheduling meetings, travel arrangements, and expense management.
· Manage office logistics and facilities, ensuring a comfortable and productive work environment.
· Oversee office supplies and procurement.
· Maintain accurate records and documentation for all administrative tasks.
Accounts Administration Support
· Handle daily accounts payable and receivable activities.
· Process invoices and payments.
· Prepare financial reports for management.
· Knowledge in GST/CPF/Levy and government taxes
· Assist with budgeting and forecasting.
· Maintain compliance with accounting regulations.
· Perform full set of Accounting: Balance Sheet, P & L, cash flow, etc.
Qualifications
· Dip/Adv Dip or degree in business administration, Human Resources, Accounting
· Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role (preferably within the consulting or training industry).
· Strong organizational and time-management skills.
· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office, HR software and accounting software like SQL, Xero, Quickbooks or SAP is an advantage
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Attention to detail and accuracy are essential.
· Willing to work in Jurong Area
