**Job Description:**
We are seeking a dynamic and organized Accounts cum Office Admin Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with both accounting and administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations within the office. This role requires excellent teamwork, communication, and multitasking skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other computer skills. The candidate should also possess strong problem-solving abilities and have a background in administrative jobs.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Assist with accounts payable and receivable tasks (eg. prepare invoice & issue Invoice, upload the invoices to the system).
- Prepare and maintain financial records
- Prepare Audit Schedule, Year end Adjustment
- Maintain Fixed Assets Listing. Check Staff reimbursement
- Quarterly GST submission & reconciliation.
- Monthly bank reconciliation for multiple bank account.
- Support the team with various administrative duties and Handle office administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence.
- Managing events inventories, stock taking and packing/unpacking of events materials
- Provide general event administrative support – gifts packing, collation
- Onsite secretariat management for Singapore-based events, where necessary
- Able to solve problems and address issues as they arise - Managing office and pantry inventories and Procuring of office materials and coordinate any office and admin related procurement and services with vendors. Possibility of running errands and other ad hoc duties assigned
**Requirements:**
- 1-2 years of working experience in a similar role
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other computer skills
- Background in administrative jobs
- Post Secondary / Diploma qualification
